Cork Congress
The congress is an annual event usually held towards the end
of march.
The dates for next year are provisionally set at 27/03/09 to 29/03/09.
It normally caters for approximately 170, ranging in strength from
novice to grandmaster.
The format is normally 6 rounds with 3 sections ELO u1200, 1200-1600
and
1600+.
The venue for the last number of years has been the Gresham Metropole
Hotel, Cork city, Ireland.
