Mulcahy Memorial tournament latest news.

The next Mulcahy Memorial looks set to be one of the strongest in the recent history of the event. IM Alex Lopez and FM Colm Daly have confirmed that they will play in the tournament and some other very strong players have also expressed an interest in coming to Cork.

The tournament takes place in the Metropole Hotel from Friday 6th January to Sunday 8th January 2017. Alex, who has won the Mulcahy trophy on no fewer than 10 occasions (8 solo wins and 2 as joint-winner) will be looking to add to his overall wins while Colm will be going for three-in-a-row.  The venue is limited in size so early entry is advised to avoid disappointment.

You can enter on-line at https://www.icu.ie/ and more details of the tournament can be found on the flyer available here and here.
