Cork Success at Kilkenny Congress 2009

Well done to Keegan O'Mahoney who won the challengers section with Peter Doyle 3rd. Congrats to the clubs blitz kingpin Len Hackett  who placed 3rd in the James Mason with Michael Bradley getting a grading prize. Kieran O'Riordan, Pat Twomey and Hugh Doyle all held their own in the loftier heights of Majors and Masters respectively. Cork FM Radio

A new radio show will be commencing this weekend on 87.7FM. Cork chess will be providing updates and information for the public  on chess in Cork. Get your updates  to the chairman this week so we can get them to Steve Broekhuizen -Cork chess would like to wish Cork FM the very best of luck !!

Club info in Polish

We are getting a lot of interest from our Polish community and with this in mind, basic club info will be translated and added to the main page. Should be available during November.

New Season Coaching
